The tournament will be held on 20 – 21 June 2009 -- all games on Fairfax City and Fairfax County fields.

The tournament is open to recreational / house league All-Star teams composed of players who were registered with, and played with, the sponsoring club during the 2009 spring season. No travel teams, travel carded players, or guest players are allowed.
